Fire detection is the name given to an action that aims to reveal a fire at an early stage. Fire can be detected using a dedicated detector and any detector with other characteristics. A smoke detector is the most common and its purpose is to detect the smoke coming out of a fire, which is why it is also common in institutional fire detection and extinguishing systems. In contrast, a heat detector detects the heat coming out of the fire and its effectiveness is measured by the fact that it allows the fire to be detected in a way that is not available to the human eye. For comparison, a flame detector detects the light waves coming out of the fire and thus is similar to the natural activity of the eye. Finally, there is the possibility of detecting the fire with a carbon monoxide detector, which aims to detect the byproduct of the fire and not necessarily the flames.

A smoke vent system is a system that allows smoke to escape from a building through smoke windows, improving the conditions for fire escapes in a clean path and allowing fire crews to enter the building. Natural smoke venting is carried out through designated openings that take advantage of the natural tendency of heat and smoke to rise due to temperature differences and reach the upper part of the building. When smoke is released in this way, it is called “natural smoke venting.” When fires break out in enclosed buildings, the smoke and heat that accumulate in the spaces, without the possibility of exiting, are the main causes of the increase in the number of casualties and deaths. The heat of the smoke spreading in the building also causes the fire to spread throughout the building, a long distance from the source of the fire. The immediate action required in this situation is the rapid release of the heat of the smoke by rapidly ventilating the space and creating escape routes for those trapped in the building.

A smoke exhaust system is an essential system for removing smoke from buildings, which saves your life during a fire.
In an emergency, the blowers come into operation and begin to suck the smoke out. The blowers are designed to continue to suck smoke at a high temperature. A smoke blower is resistant to heat of 250 degrees Celsius.
The blowers are used to remove hot air and bring in clean air. In the event of a power outage, an emergency generator will provide power to the blower panel, so that their work will not be affected.
During a fire, toxic gases and flammable combustion products are released into the air, which cause harm to people in the vicinity of the fire and even to nearby buildings.
Smoke inhalation is the main cause of death in fires.

Emergency announcement systems according to Standard 1220 (integrated system) of the Standards Institute of Israel, are mandatory in many buildings and institutions. Our company provides a perfect solution tailored to the customer’s requirements and special operational needs. The standard / fire services guidelines require sites with a large public and risk level 2 to install a standard system that meets the requirements for safety and complies with the specification and standard 1220/3.

The Israeli standard requires that on every floor of an office building or public building, a MMC room (floor protected space) be built, equipped with an emergency intercom system. Through this system, users can enter the MMC in an emergency, communicate with their surroundings, and receive instructions and guidelines in real time. This system allows internal-external communication between the shelter rooms and the guard station or any remote station.

The Firefighters’ Telephone is a modular system that allows control of up to hundreds of telephone points, making it suitable for large and complex buildings. In addition, each socket point has its own independent address and constant monitoring of the lines against disconnection or short circuit. Also, in the event of a fire or malfunction, an indication will be received regarding the status of each socket.
